WWII US Recruitment poster?

So I have had this Recruitment document for while now. I was wondering if any one can tell me what it is exactly, if it is original, and what it's worth. I got a friend making offer on this one. I have 2nd one with a B17 on it. (i keeping that)
Can any one help me out?

It looks like a recruitment ad that has been cut from a magazine,
such as 'The Saturday Evening Post', etc, as suggested by
the colour of the paper, and the fact that one side
is narrower than the other.

Is there anything on the back ?

If not, it is a print of a recruit ad that was used as a poster

Cannot recall what a print like this is known as - when a series of posters
is made from the same printing plates as a magazine ad.
