I really dont know, ill take more photos out of the plastic box, thanks for the opinion

My guess is that this is some sort of imperial piece and the swastika was added later. If I had to make a wager, I would think by a Veteran's group member who already had it. I've seen lots of pictures of them adding swastikas to their old uniforms and effects.
