Ok I could be way off base here, and its probably because i look at everything as fake until I'm convinced, but there are a couple of red flags to my eyes. I have pointed them out in the photos. I hope that I'm wrong, because it does look like a very nice cross, but the Floch fakes have certain traits. and one of them is that small step on the back pin.
I do hope I'm wrong, lets see what others think

Ok, lets see what other will tell, I am 100 procent assured that it is an original I have the certificate of originality from weitze but I knew that certificate does not guarantee a 100 percent originality and I decided to post that cros on one of the famous russian site one year ago and there told that it is OK

with the 2nd set of photos i am happy that the cross is original, the first set showed the kink in the top of the pin to be one sided, and that set alarm bells ringing, but on the 2nd lot of photos it shows up better
