Default Tank Identification needed

Hi, I bought this steel tank model in poland a few years ago. The plaque reads that it is a retierment gift to a Polish tank battalion commander in 1969. Anyone know what model tank it is?

I have researched this and as far as I can tell it is a one off!!

Anyone know more about it?????

The quality is amazing. The chassis and wheels are machined. The turret is welded and turns the running wheels have rubber around their edge. The whole thing is Nickel plated and weigths about 2 kg.

Hi, super peice. I like that.

I reckon it is not a model of an actual vehicle. At that time the Poles were using Soviet designed tanks.

Cheers, Ade.

Hi, to me if I had to place it I would say it looks almost like a cross between a t-34 and a t-55.

I was actually more curious about it's history....I think it is a hand made one off.I have never seen anything like it before and like i said have searched the web up and down but found no reference.

The tank model appears to be a highly stylized T-54/55, almost a characature.
