Angry Visiting the Kubinka: Russian armor museum

I've just read their rules for visiting a museum: for just a collecting all the papers for entrance to the museum and other expences 120EUR is just for entrance and making the pictures ( not professional camera- professional-forbid)

120EUR ( 161,277 USD ) for visiting a museum i think after a couple of years this museum closed

The museum is not for visiting the guests- it's a closed area of a Russian ministry of defence, all the vehicles belonged to the Institut of armor, and it's still not opened each day- for visit you need wait approx a month before you got permission for entry... And of cause the money come to the pocket of some of the generals...
