    Default US 29th Inf. Div. custom Ike jacket

    Was digging through a closet the other day and found this Ike jacket. It is a custom tailored one with the combat leadrship tabs sewn on the epaulettes. Cannot find a name or anything to identify the owner, but it was probably a senior officer as they sometimes had these custom tailored.

    This looks more like an enlisted jacket. Can you take some more pictures to show the whole jacket...and in better light

    Definitely officer's jacket because of the combat leadership stripe on the epaulettes. NCO would have been a green tab on shoulder beneath NCO stripes.

    i think your custom ike is a NCO's for sure, likely not WWII but sometime after the war. Maybe a guardsman with a little extra money to get a nice tailored uniform.
