Was digging through a closet the other day and found this Ike jacket. It is a custom tailored one with the combat leadrship tabs sewn on the epaulettes. Cannot find a name or anything to identify the owner, but it was probably a senior officer as they sometimes had these custom tailored.

Definitely officer's jacket because of the combat leadership stripe on the epaulettes. NCO would have been a green tab on shoulder beneath NCO stripes.
i think your custom ike is a NCO's for sure, likely not WWII but sometime after the war. Maybe a guardsman with a little extra money to get a nice tailored uniform.
