Real or fake? Spanish Civil War 1938 Republican Brigades Medal

Hello gentlemen,

I found this medal from the Spanish International Brigades and it seems strange to me. In this case, the lack of details on the back and the ribbon was clearly changed, for example.

I didn't find many examples on the internet and there seem to be good replicas of it.

What are your opinions about this medal?

The irregularities around the edges and the lack of detail seem to indicate it's a replica cast from a mold. The International Brigades is an area of much interest and therefore replicated quite often. I've seen these at very low prices like below. I believe this website specialize in reproductions. Hello Aldo,

I had the same thought. I only found one similar example. It was just made in a silver finish.

And I haven't found many other examples of this medal, but the ones that looked like the originals have a much better finish.

It looks like casting in a mold. I don't like it.
