Herman Goring Regimental Standarte? Is it real or Fake?

Hello everybody just found this standarte and was very curious to whether if it is real or not because I havent seen any other flag like this one. What are your thoughts on this. Thank you so much.

A similar flag is pictured page 250/251 of GERMAN WAR BOOTY by JOHNSON.
It seems that your has the same fabric's details and could be attibuted to the 2nd or 3r battalion of the HG division.

Absolutely incredible so the website I found it was on Military Collectibles, Inc. – Historical Rare and Exotic Militaria Collectibles but he is offering an astounding 35k for it.

It looks like a very fine made flag. I had seen it being sold by said dealer on their site. This standarte was distributed as a tinnie earlier in the war for the I. Bataillon/Regiment “General Göring”.
