Good eye! You're 100% correct! It is an off to war banner. I've had it for a number of years now. If I'm remembering correctly, I think I posted it here on the forum sometime back in 2018/2019. I believe I got a translation of it back then, and I think you were the one who translated it too. So you've been helping me for quite some time with my various Japanese items, and its greatly appreciated too!
