Luftschutz Helmet

Gents,
Just picked up this Luftschutz helmet and it has a tri color decal on top. Haven't seen one like this before and wanted your input. Everything looks correct but it is missing one of the liner pins.
Let me know if you think it was period applied.

It all looks original, obviously the tricolour shield on the front is an unofficial addition. It all has age, but the decal meisters will examine closely.
