Wehrmacht belt and steel belt buckle.

Hello, I found this listing and I want to buy the belt and buckle (mainly for the belt). And I want to know if the belt is all good. I'm pretty certain the belt buckle is all original but I have no clue about the belt. I would appreaciate all help regarding this listing!

The belt is original... The condition, you have to like it...
The adjustment tongue on the belt are missing, the catch (hook) is broken... I can't say whether the leather is still soft or hard/brittle, but I think it's possible...

Thanks for the info, as I said I have no idea about belts but since a lot of stuff is missing/broken I think I'll pass on it. Do you think this one is any better or the same as the one I sent earlier. (I don't want to bother starting a brand new thread for this other belt.) This one looks nicer and the aluminium buckle it's with is in nicer condition aswell

About the first set, the belt looks original but in bad condition, the tongue missing…the buckle has virtually no collectible value, I would wait for something better
The second set is in better condition, the belt hook is Schmole marked

Yes ivan is right about the belt..
But maybe they collect such relics (ground dug? )
Only the belt and catch hook is better than the first example...
In the last example, the manufacturer (catching hook) is visible - SC > Schmölle&Comp. Menden

I guess I honestly now cheap out on the quality of the stuff I buy because some things can be really expensive in good quality. My excuse for now is that I'm restoring a kar98k and want to finish restoring it before going back into buckles and other stuff. Let's just say a set of screws for a mauser magazine cost over 20 euro.
