Recent Equipment Finds

Gents! I have again been absent a long while for which I am sorry. I wish I could try and keep up posting as much as I did. I’ve picked up so killer stuff in my absence so I thought I’d share the equipment side of my purchases, which as you know is my favorite.

First is a great condition M31 canteen made by SMM in 1942, sorry for the pictures they aren’t mine as I’m not at home.



Next is this early Ammo pouch, a nice and very scarce piece also a date I was missing, very happy I found this one in such great condition.



Lastly this bandage, maybe not super impressive to some but it’s only the second 1933 dated example I’ve seen so small but pretty scarce from what I know.

Interesting to see a canteen cup in black factory paint, still in 1942. Great items.

That’s the last year of major production for the black aluminum cup, the rare ones are the black 1943 cups. That’s one I still need to find.
