Thanks guys. It seems as if Panzer Lehr and 19. Pz Div used Wehrkreis XI Hannover. But like Ade stated, I think they can represent a specific job or title within a unit. So it is probably for Wehrkreis 11, but we wont know his job title....if I understood correctly.

ND I think its a last name, if Im not mistaken. **Luerinski or sumthin. Looks like he was target shooting, with all the spent rounds on the ground.
