MKII British Helmet - Identify the Flash

The helmet was found in Normandy.

I've had a quick look in my books but can't find anything out, which is a shame because it looks like a nice lid. Any dates on it.

Well, the colours look like it could be a swedish soldiers helmet, but I dont think any swedes were drafter to the British or Americans during the war
