I found something else interesting in my documents regarding the question of the color of the TA Paper Tags: "Textile badges This Tag comes in nine different colors: blue, black, pink, burgundy, green, orange, yellow, purple and brown."

Is there a reference lest of the producers?

Yes there is. Handbuch der RZM 1935, Handbuch der RZM Deutsch-Oesterreich 1938 and RZM - Herstellungsvorschriften 1936. Those are all re-printed

Very interesting information about the RZM markings. I didn't know that the ones marked TA are the earliest and that it was then changed to A4. Thanks so much.
