What exact type of 1916 shell casing is this?

Is it English? Vickers, Sons and Maxim (VSM).
Who knows more info, please share.
It was found while digging in the garden in Estonia.

Looks like about a 75mm howitzer case. Don't measure across the base, measure across the open mouth. 75mm was a very common ammunition.
