Hmm... Big Beak? + Belt.

This is another item from from stepdad's collection, which I'm gathering information for.
Looking through the fakes sticky, I'm thinking this may be a big beak fake? No idea about the belt.

The buckle is very bad. If the belt is original it has been messed with.

Thanks Kirby, yes, I thought so. It looks like the belt has been painted black on the front, can see the colour spill around the belt holes, not sure if that is a thing they would have done? Thanks for your confirmation.
