I am looking at the following cap for identification, am wondering if genuine/fake/repo , or what the tell tale signs may be, apologies im a complete novice and any insight would be appreciated!

The cap is original, it is for EM (due to the chinstrap), whether the insignia are original and match the rank I don't know, but over in the soviet army section there are specitalists for that.
