SS Tunics Coming to Market of Late

Officer’s Tunic, Medical

This consignment piece is badged to the rank of “SS-Oberfeldarzt” and is made of high-quality, field-gray Italian gabardine wool. It features four pleated scalloped flap pockets with fold back French cuffs. The collar is made of green wool with a zigzag reinforced back. The tunic is fully lined with gray green rayon and it retains all of its original buttons. There is a faint sign of a previous tailor tag on the neck (removed long ago). The collar features on the right side a hand embroidered silver bullion runic tab, while the left side features an SS Obersturmbannführer tab. The shoulder boards are sewn-in examples with black wool underlay and are piped with cornflower blue rayon (Medical). The left sleeve features a beautiful example, although not perfectly preserved, of a hand-embroidered SS officer’s eagle made of silver aluminum wire on a black wool background. The collar tabs and sleeve eagle had been reattached to the tunic with period thread by previous owners. There are no holes or tears and the color is bright and vivid. A somewhat rare piece, priced appropriately. COA accompanies.

Striking Sicherheitsdienst (SD) Major’s 4 Pocket Tunic

This fine garment is a Warsaw-tailored M36 style open collar tunic in gabardine, for an SS-Sturmbannführer of Sicherheitsdienst- SD. The tunic shows fine patina to the material, with no damage or mothing. The insignia are classic SD colored farb on the shoulderboards, with a stunning bullion sleeve eagle tailored stitched to the left sleeve. Below that, past the sleeve bend is the officer’s bullion “SD” raute. The right sleeve bears the old fighter’s chevron in silver flat-wire weave. The interior lining is free from any damage and the warsaw tailor’s label is affixed to the upper collar area interior. A beautiful piece, untouched and right out of the holocaust epicenter. Fine Waffen-SS Sturmmann of Panzerjäger StuG Jacke

This is a fine later War issue assault gun wrapper for Panzer Jager, made of later War German material. The jacket shows overall moderate service wear with a gentle patina across the cloth and the insignia. No Insignia show any sign of ever being touched or altered since the war. There is slight sign of a cufftitle possibley worn at one time, but likely removed during the period as the patina is also uniform over that area. A stunning and fine collectible worthy of the best SS armored vehicle uniform collection. COA accompanies.

Outstanding SS Panzer NCO Wrapper

This consignment piece is a sharp example of a non-cufftitle (never had one) black wool issue SS panzerjacke, with grey cotton lining with visible size markings. The collar is adorned with machine applied matching Waffen-SS bullion Runic tab and SS-Uscha rank tab. The pink piped boards have black underlay. There is some snag damage to the piping on the right board. The sleeve eagle is the standard depot applied SS eagle in mid-war RZM style. A fine wrap for the SS-Panzer display. COA accompanies.
